Irish Coffee

Since it has actually gotten cold recently (well, except for today), maybe it's time for a coffee drink?

2.5  oz        Coffee (the darker the roast, the more authentic)
1.5  oz        Irish Whiskey
1     tsp       Brown Sugar
Whipped Cream

Pour whiskey onto the brown sugar in a coffee mug
Add coffee
Stir
Top with whipped cream
Garnish with pinch of brown sugar


"But Craig, I don't keep Irish Whiskey at home!"

OK, go buy some.

"But, it's too expensive to buy this bottle just to occasionally make one type of drink!"

Lemme get this straight...you'll shell out $6 for a Latta-Mocha-Frappa-Chino at Starbucks that DOESN'T EVEN HAVE LIQUOR...
