we mourn the passing of one of the entertainment world’s most recognized icons,
the great Roger Ebert.
Among
his favorite movies of all time is the Martin Scorsese classic Raging
Bull.
Like
the punches that Jake LaMotta would take, this one is quite a
shot…
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Sambucca
1/2 oz Gold Tequila (yep, it needs to
be the gold variety)
It's a layered
shot. As always, if you need help with
layering, there are very good tutorial videos available on the YouTubes.
In the tallest shot
glass you have, layer the ingredients
in the order listed. It must be in the
order listed or you won’t get good results.
